JCC Maccabi Games (ages 13-16)
Each summer we send a delegation of Jewish teens ages 13-16 from Silicon Valley to participate at this international Jewish teen sports event. In addition to competing in Olympic-style competitions against teams from around the U.S. and other countries, all teens also take part in a day of Caring & Sharing, experience home hospitality, and visit major tourist sites. The games are in a different city in North America each summer. Program fees are announced each fall. The fee includes everything except a little spending money (airfare, participation fees, accommodations, meals, entertainment, uniforms, team apparel, and trading pins are all included). South Bay Teen Idol
South Bay Teen Idol is an annual competition for teen vocalists in grades 8-12. For details see the South Bay Teen Idol page.

Soccer at the JCC is run by the PSA Royals, a nationally accredited U.S. Club Soccer Academy that offers soccer lessons for ages 3.5-5 years, an instructional recreational league for ages 4-9 years, and competitive team play for U7-U18. For details, see the complete listings on the Soccer page.

Athletic Conditioning (ages 10+)
Need to step up your game? Looking for an additional workout to add to your regular training regime? Join a group of athletes at your level for a weekly workout that enhances your overall athleticism and includes elements of stability, strength, agility, speed, flexibility, and overall conditioning. Sessions are taught by our Certified Athletic Trainers who have the education (degrees and nationally recognized certifications) and the experience to help you take your body to the next level. Speed Training for Athletes (ages 10+)
Need to get an edge over the competition? These individual sessions incorporate the different dynamics of speed training: explosiveness, power, agility, endurance, stride length, and form. Work with an experienced speed training professional who will tailor your workouts based on your specific running form and individual goals. Specialized Fitness Professional Rates apply.
