Group Fitness Intro Series
Interested in taking a spinning or yoga class, but not sure just how to get started in a new format? Sign up for one of our upcoming Intro classes in February to learn in a smaller group setting from one of our group fitness pros how to get started, and immediately feel more comfortable trying new classes! Space is limited to a maximum of 20 participants per class. Register by clicking the "Register" button for the class you want, or via a printed registration form, or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.

Group Fitness Policies
Spin Ticket System - We take reservations for Spin classes to ensure that everyone gets a bike. To reserve a space in a spin class, call the JCC Service Desk at 408.357.7429 within one hour of the class start time, and they'll put your name on the list.
