Our instructor of the month for November 2017 is Deb Hedge!
Deb has been an instructor for 15 plus years, teaching spin, balance, boot camp and aqua fitness.
She loves watching her students get stronger and align their bodies to produce more power and live better and longer. Deb says, "I'd love to have my students be able to ride into their 100’s."
