NEW! Zumba STRONG™
Our amazing instructor Amy Gardner is teaching back-to-back STRONG by Zumba from 8:00-9:00am and Zumba 9:15-10:15am on Sunday mornings starting in June! For more information, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Elements of Energetic Flow
This class will dive into the basic movement and breathing aspects that create a foundation for a lifelong yoga practice. The cornerstone of a healthy lifelong practice comes with a sustained period of preliminary activities that tune the body for the deeper absorption of poses. This class will have elements from yoga, tai chi, martial arts and dance. Instructor: Trevor Taylor.

Cost: This two hour class is FREE for Full Center Members. Guests may attend by paying the JCC guest fee.

I love teaching because I know I'm one of the better parts of peoples day. They always come in a little down or tired and always come out with a smile and feeling good about themselves. I love being part of it. I'm a very social person, so I love to be around people. I have been teaching since I was 16! I think by now I'm sure I'm doing what I was supposed to do :-)
