Adult Beginner Swim Lessons
Swimming is a life skill. Learn to swim in guided small group classes with other adults. Sessions are available year-round. Weekend and evening classes are available. For more information, contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 408.357.7428.
Need some help with your stroke to maximize efficiency in the water? Maybe you want a few pointers before your next triathlon, or want work on your freestyle with a professional instructor so that you can feel better about your workout. We will help you build endurance, and improve your technique. Maximum of 8 participants. Must have a minimum of 3 participants to run class. More information: email@example.com or 408.357.7428.
* Fees: Full Center Members $30 for 1 day/week, $55 for 2 days/week. Social Members/non-members $60 for 1 day/week, $100 for 2 days/week.

Want to join our Master's Program, Swim Team, Train for a Triathlon but don't know where to start? Our 1-hour coached workouts are ideal for swimmers looking to build endurance, work on technique or get a great aerobic workout coached by one of our swim instructors.

Masters Swim (ages 15+)
This drop-in program provides a structured workout in the pool. Whether you just like to swim, want to improve your stroke, or want a better workout, Masters Swim is for you. No registration is required. Just drop in. Complimentary for Full Center Members.

NEW! Triathlon Training
Prepare for triathlon season with Coach Joe Sanders. Joe was the 2012 age group course record holder in the Wildflower half Ironman (4:26), qualified for 3 World Duathlon championship teams as a professional, and qualified for the national time trial championships in Seattle, among many other accolades. He will help you reach your personal best.

- Monthly recurring billing is $155 for Full Center Members, or $200 for Social Members/Non-Members. Members can try their first class for free.
- Drop in fee is $25/class for Full Center Members, $35/class for Social Members/Non-Members.
