Energetic Flow Yoga Workshop with Trevor Taylor

Integrating elements of yoga, martial arts, dance, and Tai Chi. In this to hour class, students will go through an extensive warm up to lubricate all joints. Followed by standing poses and movement sequences that help the body open up further as well as challenging the mind through coordinated movements. We will finish with a floor sequence that is safely accessed for all levels.
NEW! Pre-Shabat Yoga
A refreshing mix of Jewish learning with guided meditation, breath work and asana practice. With Rabbi Laurie Matzkin. Suitable for all fitness levels. Free for Full Center Members. Social Members and non-members, please purchase a fitness day pass at the Service Desk in the JCC lobby. Class is held in Studio B on the second floor of the JCC.
This is part of the JCC's regular group fitness schedule, so it is a drop-in class. There is no need to register.
