TRX TEAM Blocks is drop-in, fee-based, small group TRX training. It uses the TRX Suspension Trainer for a full body cardio and strength workout in less than an hour.
TRX TEAM Blocks is a fun and effective hybrid workout somewhere between Group Fitness and Personal Training, designed to help you get stronger, lose weight, get toned and move better.
The small group format provides great coaching from qualified TRX trainers, accountability for your goals, the opportunity to train like the pros, and have fun while you get fit.

What is TRX?
TRX uses a training tool consisting of nylon straps that leverage gravity and the user's body weight to provide a total body workout. See this TRX summary for more information.

Who Can Benefit From TRX?
TRX is appropriate for all fitness levels, and all age 13 and up. Anyone can do it, and the exercises are uniquely suited to accommodate injuries and other concerns. TRX is popular with everyone from senior citizens to professional athletes. Drew Brees of the New Orleans Saints works out with TRX, and so does Australia's national soccer team.

When you buy a TRX package, you can attend any scheduled TRX class. The "Unlimited monthly" package allows you to attend as many classes as you wish. Class sizes are limited to a maximum of 8 participants, and reservations are recommended, but not required.

Indoor TRX and Small Group Training Classes Are Here!
We've set up an indoor TRX Team Blocks area in Fitness Room B, in the area previously occupied by MORE Clinic. The new indoor area is also used for small group classes, boot camps, kickboxing group classes and much more! Various classes are scheduled throughout the week, and you can reserve a spot ahead of time (maximum of 8 participants per class), or drop in at your convenience. For details, see the TRX schedule.
