TRX and Small Group Training

Kickboxing 

Monday & Wednesdays 9:15-10:15am

Kickboxing requires high levels of hand-eye coordination, balanced footwork, explosive movement, and cardiovascular endurance.  Members will practice footwork, head movement, and defensive posturing as well as learn fundamental strikes and strategies inherent in Boxing.  This class will benefit members by providing a high intensity, cardio based exercise, speed/agility/quickness training, with real life application for the basics of self-defense.

TRX
 
TRX TEAM Blocks is drop-in, fee-based, small group TRX training. It uses the TRX Suspension Trainer for a full body cardio and strength workout in less than an hour.

* Must show student ID for student rate.

When you buy a Small Group Training package, you can attend any scheduled Small Group Training class. The "Unlimited monthly" package allows you to attend as many classes as you wish. Class sizes are limited to a maximum of 8 participants, and reservations are recommended, but not required.
